fantastic homely feeling!
amazing foodawesome atmospherefriendly staffdated decor
The food was amazing and the service was fantastic. the staff go above and beyond. Nothing is too much for them. the entertainment was great and it was a awesome atmosphere in the bar. i enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and helpfulness.
the hotel could improve its decor as it seems a bit dated, especially in rooms, i noticed.

the family room was spacious and clean. crisp white sheets and comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. the bathroom was functional with a shower and fresh towels were provided daily.

breakfast offered a good selection with hot and cold options. the full english breakfast included perfectly cooked eggs and crispy bacon. the dining staff were attentive and quickly cleared tables.

i found the staff very cute, angela and lauren especially. entertainment in the hotel was top notch, the best i've seen. my upgraded room was freshly decorated and super clean, a great space.
i noticed that a particular entertainer seemed to crave attention a bit too much.

the single room had recent decoration, and it felt very clean. i also noticed it included fresh towels daily and a well-stocked hospitality tray for making tea and coffee. the bed provided a good night's sleep.
